The Body Shop Review

First things first; I love The Body Shop.

This may sound odd, but I loved it even before I tried any of the products. How could that be possible!? One look at their website and I was sold. Their aims to help solve various issues in today's world are inspiring, and funnily enough I had first heard of the company in one of my textbooks which dealt with corporate social responsibility.

As you can probably tell, I really wanted to love the products too. And I do.

Today I will be giving you a little look at one of the mango holiday gift sets I got for Christmas. Taken directly from the website;

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
An indulgent bath and body gift with the exotic scent of mango, all wrapped up in a festive ribboned box.
  • Mango Shower Gel 250ml
  • Mango Soap 100g
  • Mango Body Scrub 200ml
  • Mango Body Butter 200ml
  • Two-Tone Bath Lily
In this review I will be mostly concentrating on the shower gel & body butter as  I have used these products the most. One thing to mention though; they all smell AMAZING. Literally, good enough to eat. Don't eat it though.

This shower gel not only smells divine, but I find myself using less than I usually would with my regular shower gel. It lathers up so well and makes my skin feel so refreshed.

I have a confession to make... I'm a body butter addict. So when I saw this product in the gift set, you bet I used it straight away. It didn't disappoint. Gorgeous texture, so creamy and smooth. Again smells amazing. Makes my skin feel super soft. A+.

Need to give this another few trials before I can properly review, but just look at it. It looks so good.

I'm not quite sure how to review a product like this. It looks amazing and feels so soft on my skin! I think that's pretty much all you need to know.

You can probably tell I'm a tad obsessed with these products. I literally do not have a bad word to say about them! If I end up finding something, I will of course update. But I'm pretty sure I'll stay loving these for quite a long time. I've also just been on The Body Shop website, and the set (and many others) is on sale for 15 pounds as I speak (not quite sure what that is exactly in euro), down from 30 pounds!

Hope you're all having a lovely day! What are your favourite pampering products?
