So, given that this post may not be directly beauty related, I'm a self-confessed skincare addict and I definitely believe that water is without a doubt the most important aspect of having healthy skin. When I'm in college I tend to slack a tiny bit when it comes to keeping up with drinking lots of it, so its important to remind yourself constantly to drink up!
I absolutely love the taste of just plain water, but sometimes I'll find myself craving something a little bit more flavoured, without wanting to spend money on actually buying bottles of flavoured water or going for soft drinks.
The perfect solution? Just throw some fruit in! Ridiculously simple and extremely obvious, but sometimes its easy to overlook. My sister and I decided to make a jug of flavoured water today and just cut up a lemon, threw in some frozen mixed berries and put it in the fridge to drink throughout the day. Delicious!
