June Beauty Staples

I love having a go-to makeup look that's guaranteed to leave you feeling ready for the day ahead, and is quick and easy to apply in the mornings. I thought I'd put together a post on the main products that I use to achieve that - so, here you go!

Starting with the eyes, the Urban Decay Naked 2 is the one palette I just keep going back to for everything and anything that I want to create. On a daily basis though I tend to stick to Bootycall all over with Tease in the crease for a subtle but done look. It was the combination I used all of the time back when I took a makeup artistry course, particularly for a soft and pretty bridal. Lately I've been teaming this with the IsaDora Flashing Volume Mascara and I am in love. It's so voluminous and literally creates a false lash effect, which I love! It stays all day too so its perfect for putting on in the morning.

As a base I have been loving the Bourjois 123 Perfect foundation (although I have to admit, I do prefer Healthy Mix!). It's medium coverage and very long lasting when teamed with the IsaDora Protect Face Primer with SPF30, which is seriously smoothing and quick to apply. Both this and the IsaDora mascara are trial size, but they've become such staples for me that I definitely will be purchasing the full-size versions! As you can see I've also been using a very well loved Naked Flushed palette, mostly for bronzer however I occasionally use the highlight and blush and they're equally as pretty.

Finally, I've gone on enough about lip products lately (you can find one of my latest posts here!) but I thought I'd pop this in as this Essence lipstick in Natural Beauty is a new addition. I've been teaming it with my nude liner from the P.S. Love range, and it really is the perfect your lips but better combination.

What are your makeup/beauty staples? I'd love to hear!
