I seem to be all about that skincare on the blog recently, but it is summer time so what better time to be getting good use out of those body butters! Today I'm talking about the Santuary Spa's Luxurious Body Butter, one that I've used time and time again.
Described on the website itself as being:
"Crammed with luxurious butters from cocoa and shea, oil from macademia nuts and sweet almonds, as well as extra protective Vitamin E, the cream melts into skin and cocoons it in softness"
I find that the formula is incredibly light, but at the same time it gives a boost of moisture to the skin, just as you would look for in a body butter. The light texture means that it sinks into the skin quite easily, and doesn't leave any tacky or sticky feeling like some heavier body butters can. Despite being lighter than a lot of other body butters, it's still quite rich and gives off a gorgeous light scent. The 300ml tub means that it lasts absolutely ages, so it's quite good value for money (and you can usually nab it on offer at Boots or as part of a set!). I find that it's a product I'll reach for when I need something quick but a little bit heavier than a lotion.
Have you tried this before, or any other Sanctuary products? What do you think?
